Helderberg Outreach is governed by a Management Board and organizes itself in different projects, being Evangelistic-, Development-, and Compassion Ministries. Each Ministry (Project) has its own project team with a project leader. (Volunteer members of the two congregations) The team carries the vision of the ministry and organizes itself to be most effective to reach their goals. The organization currently operates in South Africa, Mozambique, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan.
Each Ministry is responsible to find their own resources and funding, and Helderberg Outreach also has donors that sponsor the collective body of work. The Management Board allocates these funds to the ministries according to their needs via applications.
Helderberg Outreach is registered for Sec 18A and can issue receipts for tax deduction for donors donating for social upliftment and development projects.
